Reviews and Ratings
My stay at this hotel was mixed. On one hand, I found the location near Green Park to be absolutely superb for exploring London's attractions. The ambiance within the hotel has a distinct charm, and the evening tranquility made for comfortable nights. However, I was disappointed with the service; there were delays in room service, and the staff seemed overwhelmed, which detracted from the luxurious feel I was hoping for. While the dining options were enjoyable, they felt a bit pricey for what was offered.
The hotel is perfectly situated near Green Park, making it easy to explore major attractions. The rooms are spacious and well-maintained, providing great comfort during my stay. The service was attentive, especially from the staff who were eager to assist. However, I found the lounge access timings a bit inconvenient and the check-in process took longer than expected due to staff availability.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. On one hand, the location is superb with easy access to many attractions. On the other hand, I was disappointed with the service and dining options, which felt disorganized and at times chaotic. The rooms were adequate, but the overall experience left me wondering if I would consider this hotel again.
I had a wonderful time at the hotel, with its charming traditional decor and a fantastic afternoon tea experience that truly stood out. The staff was incredibly attentive and provided a personal touch, especially with dietary considerations, which made our special occasion even more memorable. However, the high parking fees and the lack of complimentary amenities were disappointing given the luxurious price point of the stay.
My recent experience at this hotel was bittersweet. The prime location right across from Green Park was a huge plus, making it easy to visit local landmarks and explore the area. The design of the hotel has a unique charm, and the breakfast buffet was an absolute highlight with plenty of delicious options. On the downside, I encountered significant issues with room preparedness and cleanliness, which detracted from my overall experience. While the staff did their best to manage the situation, the hotel seems to suffer from understaffing, impacting service levels.
