My stay at this hotel was mixed. On one hand, I found the location near Green Park to be absolutely superb for exploring London's attractions. The ambiance within the hotel has a distinct charm, and the evening tranquility made for comfortable nights. However, I was disappointed with the service; there were delays in room service, and the staff seemed overwhelmed, which detracted from the luxurious feel I was hoping for. While the dining options were enjoyable, they felt a bit pricey for what was offered.
